Biodata:
Dr. Norreha binti Othman is a senior lecturer of business management at Faculty of Business, Accounting and Social Sciences, KUPTM. Dr. Norreha received her doctoral degree from Univesiti Utara Malaysia specializing in human resource management. She had five years experiences in industrial field before joining education discipline. Throughout her services she also held and served as a coordinator and a head of department for Business and Accounting Department, an auditor for quality management, and also lead a few of committees. Her research interests include business management, human resource management, quality management which had published in several journals.
