I am a lecturer and programme coordinator for MSc in Information Systems and PhD in IT. I have over 10 years experience in teaching, research and management in higher education institutions. I teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the area of Business Information Management Strategy, Innovation and Computer Supported Cooperative Work. I obtained my undergraduate degree in Business Information Technology and MSc in Management Information Systems from Coventry University, U.K. I completed my PhD at the same university by conducting research on how high-performing manufacturing SMEs in the West Midlands integrate and implement their strategies
